Naturopathy in Albury For Whole-Body Wellbeing
Our Naturopathy service takes a holistic approach to health, supporting the connection between body, mind, and environment. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we focus on uncovering the root causes of ongoing health concerns, looking at diet, sleep, stress, gut health and lifestyle as one connected picture.
Our qualified naturopaths use gentle, evidence-informed tools such as functional testing, herbal remedies, nutritional support, and practical lifestyle strategies to help restore balance and improve overall wellbeing. Each appointment begins with a thorough health history, so recommendations are built around your circumstances rather than a standard plan.
Whether you are seeking support for sleep, mood, energy, digestion, immunity, or hormonal health, naturopathy offers a natural and sustainable path toward better health for both children and adults, in clinic or via telehealth.
Naturopathy for Children
Growing bodies have their own needs. Our paediatric naturopathy appointments may help support:
- Digestion and gut health
- Food sensitivities and fussy eating
- Immunity and recurrent illness
- Sleep and settling
- Mood, focus and behaviour
Because we’re an allied health practice, our naturopaths works alongside our speech pathologists and occupational therapists, so care for your child stays joined-up rather than siloed.
No Referral REquired
No referral is needed. Contact us and we’ll send you everything you need to book. You’ll complete a short form telling us about yourself or your child, we’ll match you with our naturopath, and then we’ll be in touch to book your first appointment. In-clinic in Albury or via telehealth, whichever suits.
